Quality

What passes review on Data Network work.

Quality is measured against the mission rubric and reviewer consensus—not contributor self-assessment. Collect rejects clips that are too short, third-person, talking-head, jump-cut, or that show other people’s faces.

The Collect bar

  • Hands and arms in frame for about 90% of the clip
  • One continuous take in the stated duration (5–30 minutes unless the mission says otherwise)
  • Natural light, real work, no staged studio unless the mission says so
  • No face, no selfie, no other people, no children

Review loop

Uploads move through processing, under review, changes required, accepted, or rejected. Rework appears on Submit. Respond in the window the notice gives. Repeated failures can pause missions. Severe fraud (synthetic clips, identity sharing, duplicate accounts) is a network-wide ban.

Enterprise hours

Hours sold to labs often get a second validation pass. That pass can take an extended period. Contributor settlement clocks start after approval, not after upload. See $HARBOR settlement.
