Harbor builds the data layer for contextual intelligence: provenance-rich, first-person capture from real commercial environments, so foundation models learn from how work actually happens.

Harbor captures first-person video and audio from real commercial and residential environments so foundation models learn from operations.

The data layer, in practice

Harbor is an operational layer from field capture to enterprise delivery. Contributors record. Reviewers check quality. Labs receive licensed hours with Harbor Passport on the asset: who captured it, whether they consented, and whether the hour met the rubric. That chain is the product. The website is not a stock of anonymous clips.
