Who Harbor is for

Harbor has three audiences. They share one company. They do not share one login or one to-do list. Mixing them is how people end up uploading a coffee brew to an expert eval, or asking Collect for a price list.

Labs and enterprises

Teams training robotics, vision, wearable, automotive, industrial, healthcare, and agentic systems need first-person data with chain of custody. They buy or licence hours Harbor can actually deliver. They work through harborml.com/enterprise and Contact. There is no public self-serve catalogue of invented prices. Scope, environments, and licence are agreed in a conversation.

A lab that only needs residential egocentric video may start with Collect hours Harbor already captures. A lab that needs a mill, a shop, or a fleet usually needs a managed programme: kit, consent, validation, and delivery designed around that site.

Contributors

People who can film real work join Collect at harborml.com/dashboard. Join Harbor (email, Google, or wallet) creates a Harbor session. Missions are residential and field capture: 5–30 minutes, first-person, hands and arms. Contributors are independent operators, not Harbor employees.

Specialists who evaluate, label, or red-team models work through the Expert Network at expert.harborml.com. That is a different desk, different NDAs, different rubrics. Collect uploads are not a substitute for an expert invitation.

Operators

Harbor operations runs matching, review, payouts, and managed cohorts. Internal tools and admin hosts are not this documentation. If you are a contributor, use Collect or the Expert portal. If you are a buyer, use Contact.
